For the Deluxe Free Hanging Chair:

The Deluxe Free Hanging Chair has a Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship--excluding normal wear and tear, misuse or neglect.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our Deluxe Free Hanging Chair, we will pay UPS to go to your house and pick up your order. You will receive a full refund that includes your initial shipping costs. If you're not happy we're not happy!

For the Hammock Chair and Mayan Hammock:

The Hammock Chair and the Mayan Hammock are warranteed for workmanship and materials for two years. However, they are only warranteed for normal use. Normal use does not include use by dogs and exposure to the weather. All guarantees are void if you mistreat your Hammock Chair or Mayan Hammock. They will not last if you leave them outside exposed to the elements--either in direct sunlight or in shaded areas.

Rain, wind, sun, and pollution are all hazardous to Hammock Chair or Mayan Hammock's health. The Hammock Chair and Mayan Hammocks are works of art that take many, many hours to weave. Please treat them as such.
