The Boblotex is a weather resistant plastic mesh that many people find uncomfortable on their skin. It is self draining and will not fill up with rain water like the cotton seat.	2-Layers of Rugged 600 Denier Nylon The best of both worlds. More durable than cotton and more comfortable than All Weather materials. Will not rot, mold or mildew when left outside. Although the cotton is treated with paraffin, the cotton will rot if left full of water for extended periods. The Boblotex is a mesh that water will drain through.	The 2 layers of 600 denier material is totally water proof. It would not hurt the material to sit full of water, but we add a drain hole to the bottom of the chair so it will be waiting for you clean and dry when you are ready to relax. Rope NEW FHC UPGRADE! 1 inch thick (pic)	The Sky Chair rope is 3/8 inch and 1/2 inch hollow braided polypropylene, a UV resistant fiber system with over 2400 pounds of tensile strength. The top hanging ropes are extra long to hang from higher overhangs for better swinging.	The Free Hanging Chair rope is almost an inch thick UV resistant hollow braided polypropylene. Dowels	The Sky Chair dowels are kiln-dried North American White Ash - a strong but flexible wood and one which is sustainably harvested..	The Free Hanging Chair dowels are 1 and a quarter inch thick hand varnished Ash. Just like the Sky Chair, our top dowel is 45 inches long. Beware of smaller chairs with 36 inch dowels that crowd the shoulders and feel cramped.
