The FreeHangingChair.com web site calculates shipping charges to almost any location in the world! Just add the items you desire to your shopping cart. Then select your country from the list of shipping destinations when you checkout. Your cart will automatically calculates the total shipping charge for your order.

FreeHangingChair.com is proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders to all U.S. destinations including Alaska and Hawaii.

Shipping To Different Addresses
Having your order shipped to an address not listed on your credit card account can delay the processing of your order. For reasons of security, FreeHangingChair.com does not automatically ship out orders to addresses that are not listed on your credit card account. Please call our office for personal assistance.

Expected Delivery Time
All international orders are shipped from our California store where your package can be properly prepared for international shipment. USPS Priority Mail International normally takes 3 to 4 business days to deliver your package.

Payment Information
All prices on our web site, are in US Dollars only. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, PayPal, and American Express for most international orders up to US$1000. However, we regret that we cannot accept credit card payment from a few countries, the shopping cart will let you know.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please return it to us. We will gladly ship the exchange for free or give you a full refund.

Need to make an exchange or a return? Just follow these steps:

• Fill out and detach the Exchange/Return form on the back of your sales receipt.
• Click here to create a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).
• Package the items(s), including ALL TAGS that came with the product and the Exchange/Return form.
• Use the pre-printed address label for faster processing. (Note: This is not a prepaid shipping label.)
• We recommend you send your package via UPS with a tracking number; please do not send COD.

If exchanging:

To receive the exchange you desire, we recommend you place a new order online to ensure availability.
We will credit your credit card upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
