Return Policies

You have up to 30 days from invoice date or shipment date to return merchandise. All items must be unused and resellable. Holiday purchases starting November 1 will have 30 days from December 25 to return merchandise.

If we shipped you an item that was wrong or damaged, we will gladly issue a call tag or refund your prepaid return shipping charge. We suggest you return your merchandise via UPS, Federal Express or insured Parcel Post (For tracking purposes) If you decide to return an item for refund and have used a free shipping promotion. You will be credit the amount of the purchase less the cost the original shipping. In other words, you will have to pay for the shipping cost's you saved using the promotion.

All returned items must be in original condition. That includes having all tags. If the item came in a box or in plastic it must be returned with the same materials. If item was used or damaged we will contact you and you will have to pick it up or pay for it to be shipped back to you.

Include in the box your invoice and a reason for the return. Make sure all your contact info is included.

We will issue a refund or at your request replace the item.
