This "wholesale to the public" pricing is made possible by the Internet's power to connect the consumer (you) directly to the manufacturer (us) with minimal advertising and distribution costs. We save on the marketing costs of sales reps, distributors, rent, salespeople, etc., and pass the savings on to you.
We've been in this business for sixteen years in various capacities. We started out importing hammocks and chairs and selling them at home shows, trade shows, county fairs, home shows, boat shows and even the America's Cup. As our business grew we added products such as the Air Chair. We got to know our customers and what they wanted to be different in their hanging chairs, and we incorporated this feedback into our own product, the Deluxe Free Hanging Chair.
Most important to the customers we've gotten to know over the years is durability. Often the chairs they bought seemed like a good deal when they bought them, but after a year or two they began to fall apart. We make our Deluxe Free Hanging Chair with 2 layers of strong 600 count Denier Nylon fabric with a strong 3rd layer of 1" nylon webbing around the edges. Because these chairs are made from 600 denier nylon instead of cotton, they generally last from 5 to 10 years if left outside.
If for any reason you are EVER dissatisfied with our Havanapa Hanging Chair, we will pay UPS to go to your house and pick up your order. You will receive a full refund that includes your initial shipping costs. If you're not happy we're not happy!
